📦 Processing Times
All Soul Parcel orders are processed with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be packed and shipped. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your parcel is on its way.
During holidays or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended — but we’ll always keep you informed.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping is always included with every Soul Parcel order. We currently ship within the United States.
Parcels typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
🎁 Packaging
Our parcels are carefully packed to protect your items — and we use recyclable and low-waste materials wherever possible.
If you’re sharing a Soul Parcel with someone else, rest assured that no pricing information is ever included.
📬 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after your label is created.
💌 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
Double-check your shipping address and surrounding areas (porch, mailbox, neighbors).
Contact the shipping carrier for more information.
